Love this! I’m hosting a housewarming this weekend and asked my friends to participate in a dessert cookoff (fun for them and I’ll have my hands tied with the savory dishes). I’m now hoping someone will make this!

It does look like clafoutis but the top is very crunchy and sweet and quite separate from the cranberries, almost like a cookie crust.
