There are loads of artichoke in the market. I ate y first roasted artichoke and enjoyed the smokey flavor.

I highly recommend it. It is gorgeous and it may help a bit that there was at least 15 inches of snow in Vermont last week. We have made firends, walked miles and miles in Ortigia, have had a couple of dinner parties and are invited our tonight.

I would certainly love enjoying this lunch or light supper while watching the sail boats on the Mediterranean but sitting on my balcony watching the planes fly in and out of O’Hare airport will have to do! Very nice recipe, Carol!
